Creating Change Through
Community-Based Action

ON NOV. 22....
We at SubTo are collaborating with national non-profit, Family Promise, for "SubTo Gives Thanks.”

Our initiative aims to mobilize members of the SubTo community all over the country and provide meals, shelter, and support to homeless families during the Thanksgiving season. This is not just about giving back, but also fostering connections and building community bonds that last beyond the holiday season.

We aim to amplify our reach and impact on families nearing homelessness to ensure no family is without a Thanksgiving meal this year.

ABOUT SUBTO

SubTo is more than just a course -- it's a community. Together, with Pace Morby's expert guidance, our SubTo members learn creative financing strategies that are known only to a few.

Subto is an educational resource for experienced and novice real estate investors that teaches the freedom of creative financing in the United States. Beyond providing a 6-week course on creative financing, Subto provides access to mentorship, resources, and communities of real estate entrepreneurs, investors, and coordinators nationwide.

The SubTo community is the largest and most inclusive group of real estate entrepreneurs, investors, and coordinators nationwide. Our local leaders work with everyone in their communities to guide and encourage each other to succeed.

ABOUT FAMILY PROMISE

Our mission is to help families experiencing homelessness and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.

We initiate coordinated local efforts that bring communities together to help families experiencing homelessness regain their housing, their independence, and their dignity.

Americans are compassionate people. Enormous numbers of people would help their neighbors in need if they had a way to help. We bring people in need together with people who want to help. We provide the framework that turns compassion into action.

EMPOWERING COMPASSIONATE INDIVIDUALS

The issue can seem overwhelming and individuals may feel powerless to change the lives of people in poverty. As Family Promise volunteers, tens of thousands of people have found a way.

Working together, they provide temporary housing, meals, and services to thousands of family members annually. They mentor families at-risk of experiencing homelessness. They teach financial literacy. They help find jobs and affordable housing. They create programs to meet specific needs in their communities. And they advocate for public policies that alleviate poverty and promote the economic stability of low-income families
